How To Apply
Fill out your 50% CostShare application today!
The 50% CostShare application is more than just a form. It will help you formulate solid marketing plans for each export market in which you will seek reimbursement.
- When you fill out your marketing plans in your CostShare Application, make sure you request funds for promotions you plan on doing rather than promotions you may or may not do. SUSTA will invoice you a non-refundable 6% administrative fee on the amount you request in reimbursement, so we want to make sure you will use the funds requested. Keep in mind that you can amend your application to request more funds later - assuming you haven't requested the maximum amount for the year. (See below for Amendment instructions)
- In the CostShare Application, under Contact Profiles, make sure you designate at least one 50% CostShare Primary Contact and at least one 50% CostShare Claims Contact.
- Under Product Info, please list all of the products you plan on promoting using the CostShare funds. Each differing flavor and size must be listed.
The application will let us know if you meet the eligibility requirements for the program. Once you click 'Submit', you will have access to your application packet which includes a
Check List of items needed to complete the application process.

Keep in mind that you can make changes to your approved application through amendment forms. Amendments allow you to request more funding; move funding from one country marketing plan to another; add more products to your approved application.
