A family-owned company, Baumer Foods, Inc. emerged when Alvin Baumer, Sr. began making Crystal preserves in l923. Today, under the direction of Al Baumer, Jr., Baumer Foods Inc. cooks up a delicious full line of sauces and condiments including mustards, oriental sauces, meat sauces, wing sauces, preserves, and of course, hot sauce!

World famous Crystal Hot Sauce, as well as a wide variety of other sauces and condiments, are made by our parent company, Baumer Foods, Inc. No sooner did Crystal sauces and condiments became a household name in the United States, than inquiries to buy Crystal products began pouring in from all over the world: Middle East, Central and South America, Europe and Asia. To satisfy the worldwide demand for Crystal brand products, Crystal International was established in 1977 as the export subsidiary of Baumer Foods, Inc. Crystal International is staffed with managers qualified in foreign trade. Our managers direct the company's export business with special care given to cultural diversity and multi languages. Today, Crystal International offers along with its assortment of sauces and condiments, a complete line of grocery products developed specifically for export. With agents and distributors in more than 80 countries around the world, excitement about our wide range of products has never been higher.
