Our History

C & G Specialty Products was established in 1991 with the purpose of offering an all-natural seasoning blend product. Our first product was Miss Ruth's All Natural Seasoning (with salt). In later years, we offered Miss Ruth's No Salt All Natural Seasoning and Miss Ruth's No Salt Lemon Pepper. All of our products were formulated by International Chef and co-owner Carmen Bazile. Our products are sold to school systems, prisons, hospitals, retail stores, and restaurants. Our products are packaged in various sizes to fit your needs.
