New Submission Timeline
MAP Branded expense claims must be submitted in its entirety within 60 calendar days of when the activity took place. Expense claims not submitted within 60 calendar days of when the activity took place shall not be honored. After review of an expense claim, SUSTA may require additional documentation. Additional documentation must be received within 30 days of the assessment; otherwise, the expense claim will not be honored and will be returned to the company.
Get MAP Branded Reimbursements Faster
The MAP Branded Program is now able to disburse reimbursements through wire transfers. All participants wishing to receive their reimbursements via wire transfers should submit bank information for direct deposit using a form provided by the Branded Department. Companies that do not wish to participate in the new wire transfer service may still receive reimbursement checks in the mail. For forms contact Deneen Wiltz at deneen@susta.org.
MAP Branded Year
The program year runs on a calendar year, beginning January 1, 2008 and concluding December 31, 2008. Eligible suppliers may apply now to request funding for that time frame. Applications may be downloaded at www.susta.org/services/map_application.html.

SUSTA is implementing a sixty-day deadline for Branded Expense Claims. Expense claims received after sixty days will not be reviewed or reimbursed. According to the Branded contract, reimbursement claims must be submitted within 60 calendar days of when the activity took place.
Regardless of your choice of marketing activity, SUSTA must receive a copy of your: 1) Invoice, 2) Proof of Payment, and 3) Proof of Performance within 60 days.
