Business Blooms in Dubai: March 8-10, 2010
Dubai has become the distribution hub for flowers and plants in the Middle East. IPM Dubai aims to stimulate horticulture trade of plant and nursery products in the United Arab Emirates and surrounding regions. For $600, exhibit in SUSTA's pavilion, and receive interpreter services as well as free shipping for up to 100 lbs. of product samples from a U.S. consolidation point to the show. Connect with Buyers in India: March 10-14, 2010
Southern U.S. suppliers are invited to participate in a trade mission to AAHAR, a premier exhibition for food, food processing, hotel and restaurant equipment and supplies. Meet key potential buyers through one-on-one meetings, take a guided tour of India's major retailers, and receive market briefings. Free shipping for up to 50 lbs of product samples will also be included in the $450 participation fee. Register or view the Event flier on our website by February 12, 2010. Toast to Success in London: May 18-20, 2010
In 2008, exports of U.S. wines to the United Kingdom totaled over $250 million, and the region continues to be the largest and fastest-growing export market for U.S. wines. SUSTA-region wine suppliers are invited to exhibit in SUSTA's pavilion at the London International Wine Fair. For $800, participants will receive a 100 square meter booth space to display products, as well as free shipping for up to 100 lbs of product samples from a U.S. consolidation point to the show. Exhibit at Wine and Gourmet Japan: April 7-9, 2010
Wine imports to Japan are currently valued at $68 million, and interest in this rapidly-growing market is increasing. In 2009, over 60,000 buyers attended Wine and Gourmet Japan, a premier trade event for wine and gourmet food products. For $850, southern U.S. suppliers will receive a 9 square meter booth space in SUSTA's pavilion, interpreter services, and free shipping for up to 100 lbs of product samples. Branded Reminder: 2009 Expense Claims and Evaluations Past Due!
Market Access Program (MAP) Branded reimbursement claims and evaluation forms were due on December 31, 2009 and are now past due. To ensure that you receive reimbursement for 2009 MAP Branded promotional activities, please submit all claims and evaluation forms as soon as possible. Download claim forms at www.susta.org/services/map_forms.html and send them, along with any supporting documentation, to Penney Lawrence, Branded Program Manager (penney@susta.org).
