Dallas, TX - Are you ready to explore exporting? On Tuesday, February 28, 2012, the Southern U.S. Trade Association and the SBDC International Trade Center invite small businesses, producers and distributors of high-value food and agricultural products to learn why now is a great time to export, and who can help you go global. This half-day event will take place in two locations: in Dallas at 8787 N. Stemmons Freeway, and in Fort Worth at the Tarrant Small Business Development Center at 1150 South Freeway, Room 116.

The SBDC International Trade Center is bringing together a team of experts to help Texas agriculture companies learn more about international trade and how to increase sales with exports to foreign markets. Attendees will learn about the local agencies that offer export assistance, and will hear from experts who will share their international experience. Speakers will include local representatives from the following:

  • SBDC International Trade Center
  • Southern U.S. Trade Association
  • U.S. Export Assistance Center
  • …and more! Companies representing fresh produce, high-value food products, snack foods, condiments and sauces, beverages, seafood, pet foods, ornamental horticulture, and natural supplements or personal care products are encouraged to attend.
