International Marketing Intern
SUSTA seeks an international marketing intern to assist with the organization's export promotion and marketing activities worldwide. Duties will include coordinating activity impact evaluations, researching and writing market assessments and strategies, and assisting with meetings and seminars. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and administrative skills, familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, strong customer service skills, and be very detail oriented.
Internship will last one semester. The intern is needed 10-20 hours per week. Hours are flexible. The internship is paid. Students working toward completion of a B.A. or B.S. in the areas of international marketing, international trade or a related business field are encouraged to apply. Marketing and Communications Intern
The Southern U.S. Trade Association seeks a marketing and communications intern to assist with the coordination of education and outreach activities for the organization. Duties will include writing and tracking success stories for SUSTA programs and activities, writing newsletter articles and press releases, processing and tracking outreach contacts, internet research, and contacting companies via telephone or email to assist with outreach follow-up and database updates. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent writing abilities and strong interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe PageMaker, and HTML a plus.
